Coble Armstrong’s practice focuses on estate and probate administration, probate litigation, guardianship and estate planning.  Ms. Armstrong represents administrators, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and guardians in matters relating to the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships.  She also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in matters relating to probate and trust administration and litigation, such as will contests, will and trust interpretation issues, and accounting and administration issues.  Her work also includes the preparation of traditional Wills, life insurance trusts, revocable trusts as well as powers of attorney, medical directives, and related documents; and she devises gift and estate plans to minimize the payment of current or future estate and gift taxes.
