• August 2001-Present. Associate with Crain, Caton & James, P.C., representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trial and appellate courts in the State of Texas in matters relating to probate and trust administration issues, accounting and administration issues, prosecution and defense of various fiduciary claims, representing applicants and contestants in guardianship proceedings, representing personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and guardians in matters relating to the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships, preparation of death tax returns and related matters, and drafting of wills, trusts, and ancillary documents.
• August 2000-December 2000. Judicial Clerk, Probate Court No. 3, Judge Rory Olsen. Responsible for preparing administration, heirship, and guardianship dockets; assisted Judge in researching and updating mental health law publications.
