- Sarah Pacheco & Sharon Gardner were again named Top 50 Women attorneys in Texas and Sharon B. Gardner was named Top 100 lawyers in Houston.

Probate Accomplishments

• - Alec Covey spoke at the HBA Wills & Probate Institute on February 13, 2009 on "Landmines for Lawyers"
• - Helen Wils spoke on "Special Needs Calls for Special Planning" sponsored by the Jewish Family Service in January 2009 and on "Fundamentals of Estate Planning" sponsored by St. Peter's United Methodist Church in June 2008.
• - Darlene Payne Smith spoke at the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association Sixth Annual Probate Seminar in 2008 on the topic of "Expert Testimony".
